where to shop for best tea leaves in Kerala / Tamilnadu

We will be visiting Kerala, Tamilnadu in the firt week of November and would like to shop for some excellent tea leaves during the trip. any suggestions in this regard.

hi..
I got excellent tea leaves near Munnar. There is a Tata tea estate not too far from Munnar... remember the name !! but they have a great choice of tea..!

tata tea has a marketing office right in the middle of munnar town ( not much of a town though ) . walk in, and let one of those friendly chaps help you zero in your type of tea leaf.

you will also get some excellent strawberry preserves there...

Yes..it is really a nice place and the strawberry jam is delicious! But the tea is just great!

many factory out lets are there in munnar mattupetty route you can get fresh tea from them

munnar tea is better .

Kolukkamala tea of Munnar is the best one in kerala/tamilnadu.It is very good for black tea.i am using it since years even if i live in Kumarakom/kerala.
