UK travel agency and flights to Kerala

Im getting lots of useful info from this forum, thanks!
can anyone recommend a travel agency for travel to Kerala from London? We'll be going to Kerala for 3 weeks in Nov. I'd like to organise as much as possible before we go, just makes the holiday more enjoyable. Im usually fine with backpacking standards, dont like to get ripped off, but am happy to pay for the odd one-in-a-lifetime type luxury.
3 years ago I booked a package with Manos, flight and hotel in Trivandrum for 3 weeks (planning to use the hotel just for a couple of days), which was cheaper than a flight on its own, but now none of the major operators seem to be flying to Kerala? Also the independent hotels around Trivandrum seem to have disappeared - is this the same across Kerala?

Questions
1) recommendations for booking flights from London to Kerala? or packages
2) recommendations for tour operators in Kerala? ( Ive read good things about Inspire Kerala? )
3) Nov is the start of the season, is it still possible to negotiate prices?

thanks

I've been looking into flights to Kochi from the Uk. The cheapest I've found is Qatar Airways from London (heathrow I think) via their own web site (c£385). Unfortunately I'm coming from Glasgow which adds 300 quid onto the price. Apart from this, Expedia have given me fares that no-one else has matched. Qatar Airwaves have a good rep as have Emirates, although their prices seem to be better from price comparison sites than their own site. Jet seem to be competitively priced but I've no knowledge of their service. I would just check as many different websites as possible to get the best price and try out different dates - one day can save a couple of hundred quid.

Good luck and have fun. I'm heading to Kerala for 3 weeks in Nov myself!!
