Is there any place along the coast of kerala where it's possible to surf, and where they rent boards?

there were a few peaple surfing at kovalam,don't know about renting boards though.

surfing as a sport/pastime has never really kicked off in india. the only surfing activity one can see in india is in the internet cafes.
perhaps someone has already started somewhere, i dont know yet. |
