| Sivananda Ashram - Kerala I'm going to be travelling to Kerala to stay at the Sivananda Ashram this October, 2010. I was looking to spend a month in an ashram though it appears that the yoga vacation is structured on a 2-week program. Does anyone have an opinon on whether a months stay would be too long? I've been practicing yoga for 6 years now. My alternative would be to take the 4-week TTC course, but I'm worried about the high cost. I'd appreciate your thoughts! Or any recommendations on other ashrams that may make more sense. |
