Renting a home in Kerala

Hi all,

I am in Kerala at the moment and am staying for the next 8 months. I would like to rent a house here.

The home can be anywhere in Kerala, and should have the following features :

• 2500sq ft or more: We are flexible about this and would consider places of up to 5 or even 6 thousand.
• own walled/fenced compound: This is for the dual reasons of privacy and security
• away from roadside and other noisy environments. a quiet place: The sound pollution near the place is very important
• 3-phase electricity connection (or convertible to)
• 4 or more bedrooms
• Dining Hall
• Living Room
• 2 additional large work/living areas
• whole property decorated to a very high standard: eg marble/granite floors, freshly decorated etc

Nice to haves would be:
•A/C
• swimming pool
• near to water: preferably the ocean (beach), or river/lake - up to 2km away is OK
