Quiet beach in Kerala?
Quiet beach in Kerala?
Maybe I'm asking the obvious!!!
This Christmas is my first time to India. I'll be in Kerala for 7 days where my friend and I want to chill.
We'd like to do a trip on the backwaters and then find a quiet beach to crash on.
We don't want to travel toooooooo far as we will have just done a 12 day whistle stop tour in the North.We're flying in and out of Cochin.
Time is marching on and I'm starting to panic, as we haven't booked anything!!!
I'd appreciate any ideas you have and any recommendations of places to stay.

try searching Kovalam and Varkala in the search engine here on indiamike.
those two are popular beaches, i'm planning to visit one of the 2 myself in january still deciding which one!
