Possibility Of Tefl Work
Are there any qualified and/or experienced TEFL teachers currently knocking around Kerala who might be looking for work?? If so, I will be in Varkala for the next week - from now until 2nd January - if anyone is interested and wants to find out more.
Basically there might be an opportunity for 2-3 months work for an institute in a village near Kottayam. Would suit someone who doesn't mind being a bit isolated; however a good location for travelling at weekends.
TEFL work, generally, is on a voluntary basis in India, so the deal isn't too bad here - accommodation, food provided plus local salary.
(Starcrosser - if you are reading this - will fill you in on the whys and wherefores soon!!)
