All these hotels are average standard hotels with reasonable and known for good services and the rate range is from 1600-2000
House boat may cost around 4000-5000 for one day & night
if they are providing exclusive car (ac indica) the package is good or can say Not too expensive. If You go your own you may save 3/4 thousand but you have search for all amenities many of the travel desk people my not be help full
As far as the travel agent is concerned one cannot say a definite answer one area you may get very good service other area just ok kind of service

sirari, .. can you please provide your feedback on paradise holidays?, we are also almost finalizing this operator for a 6 night tour to kerala and there are a ton of agents/ operators out there which is really getting us worried. The pricing and hotels look ok, but we just need to check the reliability of the operator, and to ensure that they are not some fraud company before making the upfront payment. your feedback will be very valuable.

Rahul the last post by Sirari was in 2009. For Kerala I'd suggest Ebenezer Holidays Pvt. Ltd. You can find them on web and the guy is Mr. Thomas Varghese.
