Has anyone out there travelled this route? If so, how long is the journey? Any idea of the number of buses that travel that route daily?
Thanks, Stuart ![]() |

There are lots of buses. There may also be trains.
The journey would take abt 9 to 12 hrs. |

Not long after I posted my question, I found the answer via a GOOGLE website. The answer is 5 1/2 hours, and there are 15 buses a day that ply that route.
Thus, ARUNCHS is the grand winner, and we know why LONELYAZTEC is lonely . Stuart |

hi robstuar,
Google is dead right, it takes 5.5 to 6 hours depending on the road conditions in the westernghat section, which is about 20-30 km. Most of the overnight buses starts around 8-9pm which actually goes to bangalore via mysore. there are lot's of buses at day time as well. |
