kerala to goa by car

we are planning to travel from kerala to goa in november, and I was thinking about hiring a car and a driver instead of going by train.

did anybody do this trip? how long does it take - i guess, longer than by train..

and can anybody recommend a good travel agency in cochin where i could hire a car with driver?

taxi operators

Once in Kerala you will notice that there are several taxi operators located at hotel desks as well as Tourists information centres. The trip to goa by car sounds interesting and im sure it will be an experience. The charges for the car with driver rental depends on the type of car you choose and your requirement for Air condition etc.
Wish you a safe trip.

Hi
Driving through to Goa is one of the best experiences we ever had. We generally took it easy and did an overnight in Mangalore.
The dependable car operators in Cochin you could use -
Ivor Collis of Grace Matha Travels email gracematha@yahoo.co.in
Daniel / Mathew of Venture Holidays email ventureholidays@yahoo.co.in
Contact both and compare the rates
Cheers

Hi,
the email to Grace Matha Travels bounced back. Do you know if they have a new one? Or do you have their telephone number?

Thanks!
