Agreed with scorpion82....August will be peak monsoon in Sikkim, and you won't be able to enjoy much. I'd suggest that you better plan for Kerala (although I am not sure how good/bad it is in Kerala when it rains).

Thanks...

I am just thinking whether spending each night at kumarakom and alleppy is worth or I can think of spending two nights at thekkaddy removing 1 night either at kumarakom or alleppy

Let me know your thought on it so that I can go ahead and do the adjustments accordingly....

thanks in advance.

gudhkasejal , thanks for the itinerary...looks very good!!

Like you i was in 2 minds to visit kerala or kashmir (in your case sikkim) around 20th of august 2012.I was advised by some IMers that Kerala will be very hot and humid in August.Have you considered this factor?

So i have not made up my mind on Kerala yet because of the heat & humidity factor.I will be visiting from Dubai with my wife and 6 years old kid.

Like i said your Kerala trip itinerary looks good and if in case, i decide on Kerala i intend to follow some what similar itinerary like your's.So can you share with me how much its costing you for this trip and the contact numbers/ personal at Paradise holidays agency you booked with.

Thank you in advance.

Overall Kerala will be hot but not as in April May as monsoons would have started... One more thing if you visit munnar, thekkady it's hill stations so definitely it will be cool....

You can contact Ratheesh and his number is +91 484 2607770 or +91 9947876212
