KERALA ITINERARY only 3 nights [cry]

HI there i fly into Thrivandrum arrive 3pm on WED
then have THUR FRI fly out of Cochin 4pm SAT

i want to see as much as possible and dont mind being constantly on the move...any ideas of an itinerary?

Things to include....time on the backwaters ( either by house boat/day trip) would like to do some canoeing and also some fishing
an ayruverdic massage
at least an afternoon in Fort Cochin looking around
maybe some cycling around local villages
are homestays a must?
anyone know if can get a speed boat from Kollam to Allepey and if so how long it would take?

3 PM Wednesday close to mid night you should reach Cochin
and check into some hotel. Then you have Thrs and Friday
So a visit to Fort Kochi Jew Town and some Ernakulam markets/spices street etc should be enough.
if you really want backwater trip best would be have it done on Friday at Alappuzha start early morning spend whole day then return by night it like 2 hrs from ernakulam
Then take rest on Saturday with 2.4 hrs drive to airport there is not much you do on Sat
