Honeymoon - Kerala

Hi,

My bro is planning Kerala as his 'Honeymoon' Destination. First week of Dec and only five days to spend for honeymoon, as he has to travel back abroad.

a) Please suggest any other better place than Kerala ?
b) How is KTDC honeymoon package ?
c) Considering the above timelines can he cover both, north and south kerala ? if not, then which part of Kerala is good

Thanks,
Mady

Kerala is nice and KTDC package is good too.

I was in Kerala on one of their packages. We went to Munnar, Thakddy, Kumarakum over 5 days. The KTDC hotels weren't too bad either. The rooms looked a bit tired and in need of some TLC, but I thought for the price they were charging, it was good.

Their hotel in Thekaddy (Aranya Niwas) was perhaps the worst we encountered, mainly because it hadn't been renovated since inception. You could look up their websites for photos of all their properties in Kerala on www.ktdc.com
