Hi wishal,

I have never been to Kerala at the time you intend
Visiting(Monsoon time)so can't offer any first hand advice on this, however I suggest you go through the various pages of the Kerala Section in
the Forums section under Indian States,I am sure you will find some usefull info from the various
threads and reply posts.

I am not sure But I thought I saw somewhere,
That Periyar is Closed during Monsoon,I do know
that there is a Website for Periyar which will
advise.

as far as accomodation goes,Isaccs Residency is
nice as it is Town area, Personally I think that
The Tall Trees resort is Ideal for Honeymooners with their Seculded & private Chalets set amongst
beautifully maintained gardens,pretty sure they
have Honeymoon Packages, may seem a bit expensive
but packages include all meals,I think.Abad Plaza is Nice, they have a very good restaraunt on one of the Upper Floors.Their Buffet is Excellent.

Your itinery is fine if you go ahead with what you have planned.

Have a Wonderfull Honeymoon & Congratulations.

Hi,
Can't help with all you ask but can agree with Vandy that Isaacs Residency is O.K. and is close to the town centre. The food is good and the manager is very helpful. Tall Trees is a little way out of the town centre but has beautiful rooms and gardens.
Abad Plaza is O.K. and is on the main M.G. Road. An alternative you might consider to this is the Taj Residency which overlooks the harbour.

Enjoy.
