| Current weather in Kerala Hi, I'm leaving London for India on Dec 16th. I've been trying to check the weather forecast online and have been told by the bbc website that it is clear, sunny and hot in Kerala and by cnn that its solid thunderstorms! Is anyone there at the moment and able to tell me which is right please? Or know of an accurate weather website for India? Thanks so much, Gee |

| On Friday and Saturday it was clear blue skies and hot - without being too hot like it is earlier in the year. There was the odd flash of lightening in the distance, but it didn't rain or cloud over. Take some mosquito repellent... the little blighters are hungry!

| Depends on which part of Kerala..  Right now it is raining here in Trivandrum. General pattern is short spells of showers with sunny intervals. |

| Thanks again. We will be arriving in Trivandrum, and then gradually moving up along the coast, not exactly sure where we will end up yet. Sounds like a real mix of weather at the moment. At least now we can come prepared! Thanks also for the weather website suggestion - it's really helpful. Can't wait to leave a cold and grey London on Friday! Gee |

| Wit a bit of luck, the weather will improve by the day as the season changes.. Dec 16th should ( I say 'should' ) be further from the 'rainy' season.. and hopefully more stable. Enjoy one of the nicest parts of India !  |
