Backwater cruise recommendations
We are in Goa at the moment, hoping to make a brief, perhaps three or four day visit to Kerala. We would like to treat ourselves to a backwaters cruise, preferably an overnight experience, but are a bit overwhelmed by the choice. We have had the southern area recommended to us, but other than that don't know much. Can anyone recommend a good point to take a cruise from, and give us an idea of how much we might expect to pay for an overnight cruise?
Thanks very much, Suzi |

As far as I am aware houseboats are not permitted to move around at night.
Goo in post 3 is right,Allepey is the place and the amount is also correct for a A/C single bedroom for 2 persons. Go to main Houseboat Jetty and look at the various boats & take your time. rgds vandy ![]() |
