Question At the airport........

Hi!
I'm totally addicted to this Forum while planning the trip to India.

My wife and me are a litle worried because it seems not to be a ATM suitable to Cyrrus or Maestro Circuit in the airport in Trivandrum.

We will land at 5.00 am from Abu Dabi and we gotta take a prepaid taxi to the railways station to catch the train to Kochi at 8.10am.

How can we change money to pay the taxi, though is not possible to buy Rupies in Italy? Is there any change office open at 5.00 am?
Any suggestion?

is it better to travel with euros or dollars? wich is more suitable for travelling in kerala?

Thanks at all!!!

You will be able to change cash, so carry some.

You will be able to change Euros, so no point in converting to another currency.

The money change banks at the airport are opened whenever a flight arrives--even in the middle of the night.
