Mallya plans to set up Tipu museum

London, May 27: A day after he spent nearly £1 million on buying back Tipu Sultan’s looted treasures at a Sotheby’s auction here, UB Group chairman Vijay Mallya announced plans of setting up a museum dedicated to the Tiger of Mysore in Bangalore....

Its a shame he's not going to put that stuff where it really belongs: in the Summer Palace at Srirangapatnam. Arrow Bangalore needs it

Makes sense to put it all in Srinaghaputnam but Bangalore needs some more stuff for travelers and tourists. I am amazsed that a city the size of Bangalore doesn't have more attractions. This is my home town and I think Bangalore and visitors could benefit from such a museum.
