Well, goa starts here. so it's a little crowded but full of the good spirit so... the one that flows, you know what I mean.

I'm off in 3 weeks and we're planning on bicycling from Goa to Kochi, I thought I'd just managed to keep a lid on my excitment but crikey! I have no idea how I'll cope after reading your post natasha. The photos are lovely.

Great photos Natasha!

I have covered this stretch in buses and trains, but have never had an opportunity to stop by and explore the beaches.

Why did you have to do this on a monday? nomad posts munnar/hogenakal pics in the morning, and you with these amazing pics...

I will better pack everything and go home....

hey natasha
im a huge beach lover too...but prefer the empty expanses whr thrs not another soul in sight, just u and nature and water looooooooads of water

this was one such beach at kota,mangalore,karnataka.

How did I miss that one? Kota? Never knew there was one in Mangalore. Ullal was nothing to write home about, of course.

well this is not exaclty open to public and so not many ppl have heard abt it. an hours drive from udupi itself. we stayed in a friend's uncle's house tht was rite next to the beach so we got to njoy this haven, almost like a private beach

Natasha, these are really some gorgeous pictures you have of the beaches!!! I am not a beach fan but after seeing these pics I may want to go down to some of them someday in the future!!!

Great photos and great info ! Did you drive yourself or did you rent a car with a driver ? For us it would be perfect with a car driven from someone else until Mangalore and from there go on by ourselves by train or bus to Kerala.
