From Gokarna to Jog Falls
Two of us are planning a trip to Gokarna in October.
What is the fastest way to get from Gokarna to Jog Falls and back. We're looking to do a LONG day trip or spend one night @ Jog Falls. Thanks for your help. |

Hi,
Ideal way is to get a bus from Gokarna to Kumta followed by another bus to "Jog Falls". That's what the info we got in Gokarna bus stand .But by seeing the map I thought of travelling upto "Honnavar" from where the highway to "Jog Falls" starts and when we reached honnavar bus stand, To our surprise , there are very very limited buses to "Jog Falls" and it's so minimal we skipped and went directly to Udupi !. My suggestion would be to Hire a cab from Kumta Or Gokarna itself ! Hope this helps |
