Jodhpur: Day Hotel only?

I have created an odd itinerary.

As such, I will try to take a night bus from Udaipur to Jodhpur and arrive in Jodhpur in the morning. Then I will take a night but from Jodhpur to Jaiselmer that same night. Thus i am really only looking for a hotel room to shower, change, and store luggage while I go sightseeing in Jodhpur.

Then on the way back ... instead of taking the Jaisalmer / Delhi "Express" i am going to take the night bus to Jodhpur, hang out during the day and fly to Delhi on the 6:25 ...
so on the way back need another room for the day to shower / change....

any ideas?

If you switch to the night train between Jodhpur/Jaisalmer/Jodhpur you will have the right to use the railway station retiring rooms. In any case why torture yourself sitting stiffly in a bus when you can snooze comfortable on a train through the journey?

Even three-tier sleeper is better than bus.

There is only three tier a/c or non a/c on this train. The bus is only around 5 hours, the train about 6. Some ideas for places to stay for the day - Govind Hotel near railway station, Durag Niwas, close to government bus stand, Naresh Blooming House, about five mins. taxi to private bus stand .

3 tier sleeper is fine and, i would imagine, a damn sight more comfortable than a bus.

Does every station has retiring rooms? I checked on trainenquiry.com and didn't see Jodhpur listed as having this facility.
