Camel "safari" / village tour from Jodphur?
Hi
We're hoping to do a tour of a Bishnoi village and also a camel ride while we're in Jodhpur in December. Has anyone done an overnight safari from here? I did find www.indiasafariclub.com which has a permanent camp and does a combined camel safari / village tour but it's a bit formal and pricey for our tastes (I'm not really into semi-formal dinners followed by rum and cigars). Anyone have any other suggestions? If we did decide to use this company does anyone know how long it takes to get to Osian from Jodphur and how much it would cost by car? |
