Not able to book room at Vaishno Devi Bhavan

I have been trying for 2 days but the rooms at bhavan are not available at 12:00 AM! When I try at 11:59 PM it would not allow me to book tickets, but at midnight it is already NA.
Do the agents book the ticket through some other channel?
Is there any other way to book the rooms other than the shrine board website?
Otherwise do you know of any agents that can help me with room booking?

Thank yoU!

It seems the rooms are not offered through website. For better idea, you could make a telephone call to the provided number!

There is other way to send demand draft to book the rooms!

I would try to gather information and would be providing on 05 of April once we come back after darshan!

Thank you for the wait, kruiser02!

In continuity of earlier post, I wish to inform that you may contact the counter at Niharika Bhawan. If there is any room available, you would be allotted.

Dormitories are available at Manokamna Bhawan, which could be contacted on arrival.

Further there is free stay facility available on the second floor of Sridhar Bhawan. It is in the shape of large halls and called Dharmashala. These are meant to be used by the devotees waiting for their turn for Darshans. These resting places are i which are available for the yatries. This accommodation is free of cost and is made available on a first-come-first-served basis. No booking or permission is required for using these premises since they are kept open round the clock and yatries can just go and occupy them subject to availability.

Blankets can be obtained from the Blanket Stores at a nominal and refundable security deposit of Rs 100 per blanket. It would be refunded on the return of blankets.

you can send the demand draft of 500/- two months prior to booking date. they will send back the confirmation receipt for successful booking. online room booking can be done 30 days before report date. therefore at time or most of the times rooms are not available online.

thank you for your responses.

I called and asked for room booking via DD, but was told that the booking is now done online only. I will wait any try my luck!

I am also considering booking the Vishesh Pooja which can be done 31 days in advance and it includes the free stay at Bhavan. Any feedback on how good/ ordinary this Poojan is?

You may get the details of Vishesh Poojas (it is called Shradha Suman Vishesh Pooja) by clicking here.

For booking you would be required to be quite swift as it gets booked quite fast.

I have seen the devotees attending Poojas in main cave during morning & evening Aartis.

If we book the individual poojan(5100/-), do we need a separate YATRA PARCHI

Yes, you would be required to take Yatra Parchi. In case of rush, you would be provided parchi on priority basis (on the poojan-printout-show).

I was expecting some information on individual poojan and its timing. If possible, please share some information on it.
