Visiting Kashmir in Nov first week

Hi All

I would be visitng Kashmir in first week of Nov with my Wife for honeymoon. I have prepared this plan itenary.

Nov 2 Day 1 Delhi-Srinagar Airport and evening stay at Hotel.
Nov 3 Day 2 Local sighseeing , Shikara ride and houseboat stay.
Nov 4 Day 3 Srinagar- Gulmarg . Night stay at Gulmarg
Nov 5 Day 4 Return to Srinagar. Srinagar - Sonmarg- Srinagar.
Nov 6 Day 5 Srinagar to Patnitop . Stay at Patnitop.
Nov 7 Day 6 Patnitop to Jammu

Please advice me . Should I book the hotel in this season in advance . If yes, then please advice the good hotels at reasonable prices and contacts. Or I should see the all options for hotel/ houseboat there only.
Also what would be taxi charges for going to Gulmarg & Sonmarg and return to Srinagar. What would be taxi charges for Srinagar -Patnitop-Jammu.

I don't think you'll have to book anything in advance in that time of year. I'm sure you can just come and choose your hotel/houseboat upon arriving.
