It was light snowfall on the higher reaches of Gulmarg and Sonamarg, the days if sunny are comfortable but nights little chilly altogether its comfortable and pleasant but do bring in one woolen each.

Is there any snow in early April. what type of clothes do i have to bring with me? what is the temperature at this period (april) of the year?

if its srinagar uare plannin to go to then in april you will need one layer of thermals and a sweater and a pullover/jacket in worst case.. this would be enough to handle the worst april..
