i have been lucky with the weather throughout the trip except for some minor problems. nice suggestion i am working on a details for this trip which hopefully would be of some use to my fellow travelers. Should have it ready soon.

oo thats ausuum..i feel like present besides there as ur camera..ur every pic says his or her own story ..I must appreciate ur Work with the camera..how bout ur bike it goes all well with the Tires,plugs,chain and Engine..What problems generally faced by u..Plz tell me all bout Day and Nite problems..Thanx For sharing

Patrick i have enfield 500 which i bought especially for touring it's highly recommended for high altitudes,
by lot of people. 350 are good as long as you don't load it up to much and adjust the carburetor for the height.

Overall i faced little problem except i had three flat tires on whole trip.so i recommend get atleast two spare tubes along with a patch kit and get a pump too. i met a guy on road who had the tubes but no pump pretty useless don't u think
and plzz plz learn to change the tube unlike me i had to struggle a lot and spent quite a bit of time taking the tube out and putting it in and in the process one tube got a puncture itself.
also make sure the tyre inside is clean before you put the tube is as one puncture i had because of the hot sand inside the tyre
i got lot of tiny holes hence the second punture at sarchu.
met lot of friendly people who helped a lot on the trip

that boat market is kinda interesting...never been there... how do ppl shop there...the vendors come to the boat houses or customers take out their own boat and go out shopping.......'mom, am going to the market to buy some flowers where are my skates...err....boat??'

that lake look so serene and peaceful!!!
great trip there elbis....btw are there any lighter 500CC bullets available, i may not pull it up to put it on double stands
