leh in october

Hello, I'd would like to know how the weather is in Leh mid October. I plan to fly both ways ,bring appropriate clothing , and no serious trekking planned- just day trips in the area. Any advice on this from someone who has been this time of year? Is it just too uncomfortable to enjoy?

Well, it'll be chilly, especially at night. I'd recommend warmer clothing for sure. I don't think it'd be too uncomfortable to enjoy, but then I come from an area of the US where October sees snow fairly often and am used to it. The average high is around 15c and the low is 0 c. But those are strictly averages, and the real weather can and probably will fluctuate a great deal from those numbers
