Latest Safety situation in Srinagar

Hi Everyone,
I am planning to visit Srinagar in Oct 1st week. Just that there have been 2 major incidents in Srinagar in the last 4 weeks is making a bit apprehensive.

Just wanted to understand, how is the current situation in Srinagar? Is there some concern in the locals that these attacks might occur more frequently?

I had last visited in mar end. It was very peaceful and beautiful at that time. Not sure how to react right now.
