Ladakh trip plan

My wife and me are planning to go for a ladakh trip.
Does this plan look good? Will this be too hectic? What might be the travel costs for each of these places? Also can we club some of the places?What are some challenges other than acclamatization that we might face since we two are only traveling and I don't have a group?

22Aug - Bangalore to Delhi flite.
23Aug - Reach Manali by bus.
24 Aug - Stay in Manali. Don't want to do too much sight seeing here since Ladakh is the main focus.
25-27th Aug - Manali to Leh by Car. Wanted to do it in 2N/3D with stopover in Keylong and Sarachu in the 2 nights. Any idea how much it might cost? Any contacts of agency who can provide a 4WD Scorpio from manali - leh?
27Aug - Reach Leh. Chill out for the day
28Aug - Chill out. See near by places in Leh -- Shey, Thiksey, Stok.
29Aug - Leh-Alchi-Lumayuru-back to Leh. Any idea what are things to see in this route? What can be the taxi cost? is this worth going?
30Aug - Leh - Nimoo. Do river rafting in Indus River. Back to Leh. Any idea what might be the cost of traveling and rafting ?
31Aug - Leave for Nubra valley. Stay at Hunder in the night.
1Sep - Nubra to Leh via Khardung la pass. Any idea what the cost can be for Leh - Nubra - Khardung La - Leh with a one night stay in Hunder? I mean the taxi cost.
2Sep - Leh to Pangon Tso Lake. Where should we stay for the night near to Pangong Tso? What can be the trip cost?
3Sep - Come back to Leh.
4Sep - Fly back to Delhi

I can answer only a small part here, at Pangong lake you have to stay a few kilometers back and the lake is fabulous.

In Manali any travel agent will arrange a vehicle but hiring the entire vehicle is expensive.
