Kashmir in winter
Can aybody give me advice about Kashmir in winter? Also is it possible to travel back to Delhi by road in winter. Are the roads OK or do people sometimes get snowed in as in Ladakh in winter. Sorry if its a dumb question. Any other advice/tips about Kashmir in winter?
I think you should be more concerned about the political weather in Kashmir ! If that seems fine close to your departure date, then you can worry about the winter.
Whoever said money can't buy happiness didn't know where to shop !
