Kashmir in February...

Hi All of you.

I am planning to go Kashmir next year.
So I want to know that if kashmir in february is doable or not.

If yes what will be the temperature and snow condition in most of the places?

There will be 2.5 year kid travelling with us.So we have to be very careful on choosing the right time to go.

It will be really cold and the places higher up will be snow bound. I feel march onwards is a better time, spring and summer are just great in the valley.
But if you are interested in snowfall then feb is the time.

I have postpond my trip from february to March 1st week.

Now the question remains Will the places like Pahalgam,Gulmarg and Sonmarg accessible that time?We are planning to stay at Sonmarg.
