Jammu /Srinagar Rd closed ?
Daily Excelsior (12/07/09) reports road closed anyone know how long this will be for ?

i dont think road is closed you can call traffic police control room anytime the number is 0194-2455164 |

There was a landslide as a result of the heavy rains last night and for a time the highway was closed to clear the road of debris and stranded vehicles. However, it appears that the road is at least partially open as of right now (Monday afternoon).

The landslide has been fully cleared by the Border Roads Organization (BRO) and the traffic movement is smooth on the highway at Samroli, 78-km from here in Udhampur district, traffic police officials said. They added a dozer has been kept at the spot in eventuality of any landslide in the rainy season.
