Is pre-booking of accmmodation is must in pahalgam?
Well ..I'm visiting pahalgam sometime next week along with my wife. But unfortunately I coudn't find any room in the hotels listed online ..those which are available seems to be really very expensive. I was just wondering will it be wise to directly go there and look for hotels? Are there enough hotels on the banks of lidder? Or must I book a room in those really expensive hotels considering the peak season.
Desperately in need of some advice. |

We have done that many time in other parts like Manali, Gangtok and Joshimath, just turn up and we have always been able to find something. Hopefully someone will come along and talk about Kashmir too.
