After a lot of pondering, I post a small TR of me living my dream of making a trip to Ladakh! It's been ages since I wrote an TRs here, so will keep it as simple as possible!

Frankly, even 3 Idiots movie visuals of Pangong Tso did not have as much impact on me as some of the images posted here on IM from our members who had made the trip!

It was a dream I was seeing almost for the past 5 years and always thought I would make a road trip from Mumbai. But it didn't seem that we could drive to Leh anytime soon. So finally went ahead and made plans to live my dream with a team of photographers and do a proper and leisure Landscape photography tour!!

July 2017 and to be precise 14th July, I was on my way to Leh from Delhi!!
Trip: Ladakh, Landscape Photography trip.
Trip from: Mumbai - Delhi - Leh (Flights) / Leh - Del - Mumbai (flights)
Duration of the trip: 13 nights and 14 days
Places visited and accommodation: As below
Leh, Ladakh - Hotel
Hunder - Hotel/resort
Pangong Tso - Tent
Tso Kar - Tent
Hanle - Homestay
Temisgam - Hotel/Resort

Travelled to all the places in an innova - 3 members + 1driver (on all days).

I term this as a leisure travel as almost after every place we visited out of Leh and stayed in that place, we would return to Leh to the same hotel and spend a night. It gave us a lot of rest and some extra leisure time (of course, the cost factor did go up ). But we definitely enjoyed the trip probably more comfortably.

Here are some images from the trip - Day 1 and Day 2!! (I wouldn't want to make this a photo heavy thread, hence will try to post very minimum) But then, 14 days trip and LADAKH - can't promise to hold back for too long!!

Leh, as seen just before Landing!

Thanks, all!!

Haven't been writing anything for such a long time now! So a bit sceptical how and where to start!! Making it a photologue, as I can just post some pics and wind it up!!

But, anybody who has not yet visited Ladakh - please visit and just live it! It is such an awesome place.

RahulDeva, iamsomnath, bhaskarghosh1965, Prakaant & Legend - Thanks! I hope not to disappoint!

SG, of course you already have seen quite a few pics!

Hello TD!!
Thank you so much!! Had been thinking of being active on IM but was a bit lazy! Finally made it a point to post something and see if I can complete this one thread at least!!

Seems like all the encouragement will hopefully see to it that I complete it soon!
