Hello,
I'm heading to Kashmir soon with my wife, does anyone know of any budget accommodation in Gulmarg? I can't find anything so far on Thorn Tree. I have read that there is accommodation for all budgets, so i'd like to get an idea of people's experiances of some good budget places to stay. Thanks |

Define budget please.
I stayed at the Pine Palace Heritage for 3 nights at $75USD/night. It's a bit expensive for the quality, but the location is great. There is a short supply of "decent" places to stay in Gulmarg and demand is great...so hotel owners can charge a bit more than what you might expect. Check out tripadvisor.com for a few other options. Brandon |
