Where to buy indian human hair- for hair extensions?

I'm visiting Jaipur in November from the US, and wanted to purchase some indian human hair extensions(on the weft) since they're so expensive to buy in the US. Does anyone know where I can find hair in Jaipur, and how much I can expect to pay? I'm also going to Delhi, Jodpur, Kerala, and Goa, so I'm open to places there as well. Thanks!

Whereever you go there a few places, who may be interested in selling you that.

Local Beauty parlous
Regular Hair dressers

I have seen people approaching these places and buying them.

I know about temples in Tamil Nadu selling human hair of pilgrims. As a religious practice they cut their hair totally, so unlike at a hairdresser the hair is really long.

Later at home I saw a report that this hair is sold to Europe and America for hair extensions. They said South Indian hair is preferred as it's not treated with henna.

Never seen that in Kerala or other states, only in TN.

You cant buy from temples directly. Annually tenders are called for collecting human hair from temples and only the highest bidder is allowed to buy from the temple.

Offering hair to gods is a practice in Tamilnadu and Andhra pradesh.

The largest exporter of Human hair is none other than Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam.

Read an article the other day. They earn a huge amount of money from this.

The difference in the grades, though, is considerable. Long, first-class hair is expensive stuff, it seems!

Oh Yes,

The grey long ones are also equally expensive. They are used in Making Wigs.
