when you say Veg restaurants, do you want the places which are exclusively veg or the places that also serve the veg food.

Veg resturant - LMB is the best.

Merely repeating what others have said -

The entrance fee at chokhi dhani includes the price of the dinner. The food is quite nice rajasthani style thali. I also liked the thick rotis that were being served at one of the "huts" by a lady.

laxmi mistan bhandar(LMB)- I liked the snacks much better than the sit down restaurant. But then I am a kachori freak. the restaurant was good too.
