real estate agents in Jaipur

Hi, I am going to Jaipur in Mid-April & would like to find some real estate agents in Jaipur / Delhi Area. I already own a boutique hotel in marrakech and I now have an investor (NRI) interested in me doing one in the Jaipur area. I will be looking for an old palace type of building (15-25 bedrooms) to create a luxury boutique hotel. I am over there for a very basic whizz around the area & to see what the potential is. Does anybody have any real estate contacts for me to start with ?

For such commercial ventures it's advisable to go to the established Real Estate Companies like Knight Frank, Chesterton Meghraj etc.

Small time players may not be able to help you. Buying Property in India is really complicated due to archaic land record system and unclear titles.

Paul - I guess you are aware of rules covering foreign ownership of property in India? If not, I suggest you make yourself familiar with them. The Goa forum has a thread or two covering this subject.
