Not sure about Jaipur , but if you happen to be in Delhi as well and have the time you should check out the Family Nestle website. Its a program run by Nestle India and they organize cooking classes in Delhi/ NCR , but their schedule for Feb is not going to be listed yet - that will happen as late as end Jan

Curry addict would love to learn how to cook!

Hello,

This post caught my eye as I will be volunteering in Jaipur from Nov 30th-Dec 6th and would absolutely love to learn how to cook curry. I am a Brit living in LA, the Indian food out here is truly terrible, not even worth eating.

I tried to make a Sag Aloo myself last night and it was ok but definitely not amazing. If your wife is willing to pass on her culinary expertise I would most definitely like to take her up on the offer!

One thing though - I'm vegan - no animal products at all including of course dairy & ghee. Will this pose a problem?

Ooh I'm hungry now just thinking about it!

Hello again, sorry for the very late reply to your message, I have not signed in to the forum for a couple of weeks.

I would be truly honoured to have a cooking class with your wife! How can I contact you? You can email me if you like - trulyarcadia@gmail.com.

Thank you
