how to go jaipur & hotel information

Hi all

I am from Bangladesh. I am going to Delhi on 13 Nov'09 & would like to visit Jaipuro go on 13th evening & return on 15 Nov'09. I would like to go by bus (AC/Non AC). Pls suggest from whre to take bus & the fare. Also suggest me any hotel range INR 1000 to 1800 including breakfast & tax.

Hi Neeha,welcome to Indiamike community and Jaipur also.
Bus services from Delhi to Jaipur & Vice Versa is quite frequent and good. From Delhi u can bus from Bikaner house(Deluxe AC buses) to Jaipur.
Hotels are also good and available in all the ranges.
For your range u can opt for Jaipur Inn & Arya Niwas(close to Busstand.Yu can try others also.
Myself Udai Singh, I belongs to Jaipur.

bikaner house is in central delhi. all autorickshaw drivers know the place.

Even you can book a taxi all the way to Jaipur and can come back. It will be a bit costlier.
Also, please do visit Ranthombor national park. Its a worth spending 1 or 2 days there. Plenty of other attraction too.
Another way is contact any tour operator for 2/3 days tour of Jaipur. The buses start from Delhi and will take you up-to Jaipur and then a sight seeing tour of Jaipur and near by tourist attraction and then return back to Delhi.
