You can also take Jaipur Del Express or Shadabdi Express going to Ajmer.
Buses from Delhi start from both ISBT as well as Bikaner House (near India Gate). Call 011-23381884 for Bikaner House and chk for bus departure timings.

to jaipur by bus...

the buses from Bikaner house, located adjacent the India gate, are EXCELLENT, and the most convenient way to get to jaipur. The buses, which are deluxe and rajasthan state owned, run on schedule and are on an approx. half to hourly intervals to jaipur. They are both AC and non AC, though i guess u don't need ac now. In fact it get damn damn cold at night in the buses so be warmly clad ..better still have yr. slping bag handy..etc...

to jaipurrrrrr......

the delhi domestic and especially so the international airport is located on the delhi-jaipur hyway. And with the new road it takes just 3 hours to jaipur by car/taxi. So if u don't intend visiting/staying in delhi...u cld take a cab straight from the airport. It takes about 1 hr getting into the city or so depending on the rush hr traffic etc.....
Namasteindia tours..a member on this forum could advise better...

Volvo bus from bikaner house

There are very good Volvo buses starting from Bikaner house(very near to India gate)..the bus is excellent and they charge Rs.435/- on-the-spot reservation is generally available. And from Jaipur side it starts from Sindhi Camp (the main Bus station)

the Bus takes less than 5 hours and stops at a mid-way eating joint for fill-up, loo etc.
