Delhi airport to Jaipur

Hello. I want to get a taxi from delhi airport to Jaipur. Is there some pre-paid taxi like that? Will I have to pay single way or both ways? Can I book in advance?
Would something like a rental car (with driver) work out better?
Please advise.

Some flights would be cheaper than the taxi fare you would end up paying to Jaipur.

taxis conventionally charge for both ways...

While asking such questions please write when you are reaching Delhi airport. Transport options differ with the hour of the day.

You can pre book with any of the tour operators or you may checkout www.megacabs.com. If you want to do it on arrival, you have many travel operators's kiosk in the arrival lounge.

If A/c buses are an option there are many available.

You may check for flights on:

www.cleartrip.com
www.yatra.com
www.makemytrip.com

And you can book flights on these with your UK credit card also.
These are reputed and established sites.

Flight prices are good if you book 30 days in advance.

You can also use www.ezeego.com. as an alternate.I prefer Credit Card to Debit Cards.

I travelled this route 3 months ago and paid Rs 3,400 for the round trip. The guys at the airport really know how to talk up their cars. They were like 'its a brand new Maruti Esteem', 'just 2 years old sir'.

The car that turned up was a heap of scrap. So just be aware of that.
