this is unending quest..... i want to write an article on chandigarh can u tell me in which forum to post it n how????

? If I get the question right, Chandigarh falls under Punjab & Haryana. So it would be logical to go to that sub-forum, then start a new thread there (using the "new thread" button to the top left of any of the sub-forums, confusingly often referred to as "forums" themselves by way of abbreviation or web convention).

Be aware that should you expect others to write an article for you from scratch, you'll likely be met with some sarcasm, although people may be willing to help if you've already done some groundwork yourself and have some idea of what you're after. Good luck with it. If you have a fresh contribution on the city you want to add, you're most welcome to it, of course.
