| well....this is me..... Hi All, I am a long term lurker here and some time poster but under a different name. I used to be mattn...(someone else) but that didn't work out and now I am mattnsuzi. I am married now so I can't see it changing again. We are on the verge of a third trip to India - this time on and off for the next four years I am happy to begin to help out more here - particularly in relation to the south. You also need to know that I love your work. Anyone who is beginning not to appreciate this site should look at the Egyptian equivalent (I spent the last two years there). Really terrible. Regards to all, M (nS) |

| thanks valeman. You gotta love it. You will have a blast. Just keep in mind what you are doing - you are playing with your mind! Be relaxed and MOST IMPORTANT - study! Not so that you can plan every detail (that would never work out anyway) but so that you can change your environment to suit your needs. India is so diverse that, if you know what you feel like, you can have it. Always know that you can get into a car and get out of anything that you are not enjoying into something that you will. If you think like this you will enjoy most aspects of India. My only other advice for now is to start slow. We start south because it is so laid back, tropical and relatively underpopulated (try Cochin as an entry point). Let me know if you are going South and I can give you some more specific info. M |
