On the India's Embassy website, there's a travel advisory posted--If you are traveling from a country that has H1N1, you may be quarantined. Has anyone gone recently and is this to be of concern if you don't have H1N1?

I believe every country in the world now has H1N1, so that's a very vague advisory! I seriously doubt that they will quarantine every person who arrives in India!

Probably just watching out for the coughing & sneezing feverish arrivals. I believe our friends who recently flew from China to Canada had their temperatures taken at the airport in China.

As delhiwala said, I don't think you need to worry if you are well.

I read taking a paracetamol an hour before going through customs will reduce any fever..not sure if that's an old wives tale or not...but sounds better than being banged up in a Delhi quarantine prison with sick people for a week.
