OceanTragic

Hi I'm OceanTragic (don't ask, it's a long story) and I'm an alcoholic. Okay, so I'm not an alcoholic as luckily an overdosing of Old Monk back in 1996 taught me never to drink too much.

Anyway, so I travelled various places - always as a tourist for a few weeks - between 1989bc and 1997bc... "bc" = before children.

Out of all the places I went, I loved India the most with safariing in Africa coming a close second.

So next March for the first time in 12 years I'm planning to combine both of my favourite holidays by going to Rajasthan for the forts and visiting Ranthambore and Bharatpur for the wildlife. 23 nights (ish) in total

My kids will be 11 and 7 so I'm keen to make it an easy trip and will probably opt for a car+driver for at least the Rajasthan trip, possibly getting them to drop us at Ranthambore to complete the rest of the trip ourselves, by rail/taxi.
