new kid
hey all,
im 15 years old and living in New Zealand. In 13 sleeps i will be on my way to India for my very first time!!! Im going with a group of mainly young people, and we are travelling around the country, north and south, for just over two weeks. I found this site about a month ago and have found it sooo helpful!!! i decided i should probably introduce myself seeing as ive been hanging around here so much! So thank you all for your great forum, hearing you all talk about India has made me even more excited! Kate ![]() |

7 sleeps to go!
nope, its not with school. its more casual, we dont even all know each other very well. i got into it through a freind who was going. The lady who's organised it has travelled a lot, incl. India, and has always wanted to take a group of younger people around with her. thanks for the welcome! |

As inquisitive as you might be, don't touch anything in shops; the normal rule applies with a vengenace, if you break it, you pay for it. Traffic rules are simple. There are only 2 types of pedestrians, the quick & the dead. As for buying souvenirs, bide your time. Enjoy yourself & I daresay the visual overload should hit you less if you're used to MTV. cheers, Digital Drifter |
