New in here - for help...

just now joined this forum....Need help in planning for a long awaited Kashmir trip....booked ticket in Amritsar Mail from Kolkata to Amritsar(Day1).....reaching ASP the next day afternoon (Day2) ....have a tkt for Jammu on the same night...reaching Jammu the next day(Day3) early morning...4th June. My return tkt from ASR is on 12th June.
I have not planned beyond this...not booked any hotels or cars etc...Did I do a mistake during this time of the year? If yes, is there any remedy now?
I need help in planning the missing part in this trip. I am travelling with my wife and two kids-8 and 6yrs.... :-)

Hi dasamitava, I just wanted to welcome you to Indiamike, I don't have specific answers to your question but to tell you there is already a lot of info here on that area, you want to use the "search" box at the top of the main page then when you see the threads come up, open the ones that sound interesting & then look to the right side column & see similar threads.
