It's nice to meet y'all!
I'm so happy to find you. I live in Candolim, Goa, for 4-6 months of the year, and in Houston, TX and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, for the rest of the year. I've just developed a website, www.indiatravelliveshop.com, with the purpose of introducing Americans and anyone else, to India as I know it. I make referrals and recommendations for where and how to travel, where to live in Goa, and different shops that I know and trust.
I've learned so much from your shares. Keep up the good work. |

Thanks for the warm welcome. Shailesh, thanks...that's really nice of you to offer. We've been on the train for 2 days, from Goa to Delhi. It's wonderful here this time of year. The Mughal Gardens behind the Rashtrapati Bhawan are beautiful, as well as the Lodi Gardens. I love that side of town in the spring, all 2 weeks or so. We are making the tourist rounds, again. The zoo was really nice, and Chowdi Bazaar and the market in front of the Jama Masjid is like stepping back 2 centuries.
Flying back to Houston on Wednesday, with mixed feelings. |
