introducing buddhaJoe from Holland

hello to you,

i've been a member this site for some months now, actually
since i decided to visit India another time after the 1st visit
way back in 1994, when i roughly visited Sikkim, Srinigar and
Ladakh and Zanskar
as being fond of mountains, i used to visit Nepal frequently

this time i've decided to split my journey and first
visit Uttarkhand (thks to all information here)
and go for a trip through southern india secondly

i fly in on october 1st and will visit for 10 weeks..
before returning to my home, a small village of 3.500 people in
the Netherlands where i will leave behind wife and 2 girls...
waiting for me to come back...

i'll probably give my reviews here now and then...
oh by the way i m on an illness benefit

namaste Joe

Hello Joe & welcome!

just a tiny curiousity question..
I knew that when on illness benefit you are not supposed to leave the country, or at least you might but for a max of 1 month - is this information correct?

groetjes!

hi Larkilli,

how are you?

well there are rules of leaving the country...
the last time i told them about they only answered o, have a good time and give us a call when you're back
so how strict this 1 month rule is...?

as i have been on illness benefit since 1997 i do NOT know
the rules exactly and to be true with you, i don't care anymore

if i 'm not allowed to work, i think i may travel?

thank you
you like cats? , i got 3 here on the sofa....

well - yes... you're definitely right..
if you're not allowed to work, just get that travel bag ready!

and about cats - luv them! even if i love all animals, i actually always say that my heart is equally shared between cats & dogs, as cats for me are also the symbol of freedom and independence (+ they are so majestic, mystical and purrrfectly gorgeous), while dogs represent the biggest quality you could find on earth - unconditional love.
And when people answer that mothers have that quality too... well... most might, but i can assure you many don't even know how to spell these words.

Hey Buddhajoe - give a little gentle scratch behind the ears of your sofa dwellers for me
